A house-made pantry and select seasonal sourcing form the backbone of this top Atlanta destination run by chef Linton Hopkins and his wife, director of operations Gina. The Georgia native combines Southern regional traditions with haute classical techniques to create what he terms as "folkways meeting Escoffier." The couple puts community at the center of their restaurant's gastronomy and philosophy; they helped found the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, staunchly support local farmers, are involved in neighborhood schools, and are active in the Slow Food movement.
