Making a return appearance on our Top 40, the San Antonio restaurant from chef Andrew Weissman continues on its elegant course above the River Walk. Coffee, seafood and burgers are also passions of the native Texan and have led him to start other ventures—but this “jewel box” featuring French Contemporary cuisine is in another league altogether.
