Bright young chef Scott Crawford stars in the leading role, local ingredients are culled from southern waters and shores and a vibrant dining room ushers in a warm Southern welcome. It's a mix we can't argue with. This could very well be one of the most hospitable dining rooms we've visited. Crawford gleaned his kitchen experience on both East and West coasts, notably opening The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, and now brings his best game to Sea Island.
