One of the most imaginative—and romantic—restaurant settings imaginable, a converted eighteenth-century farmhouse provides the backdrop for an ambitious menu that is anything but quaint. Chef-owners Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier are literal in their locavore mentality—herbs and produce from the surrounding gardens make their way to the menu. Sourcing is just as important when it comes to sustainable seafood and meats. The result is a very unique take on New American fare.
