Joël Robuchon, Michael Mina and Daniel Boulud are just a few of the top chefs that offer their cuisine at hotels from coast to coast. While some hotels treat their guests as captive audience, offering over-priced, below-average fare, these on-property dining spots are among the best. Besides the food, we also use the décor, ambiance, level of comfort and the hotel itself as criteria for our selections.
