Franciscan Estate 2012 Equilibrium

Top 10 Seafood Wines 2013

Franciscan Estate 2012 Equilibrium is a harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Muscat

WHITE

Franciscan Estate 2012 Equilibrium
Napa Valley, California

The newest addition to Franciscan Estate's portfolio, Equilibrium is not a wine composed of equal parts: 72 percent Sauvignon Blanc, 17 percent Chardonnay and 11 percent Muscat. Instead, the 2012 Equilibrium lives up to its name by achieving a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity. Featuring fragrant floral aromas and semisweet flavors of peach and pear, it would go well with spicy prawns or catfish.
