Where Daniel Humm goes, we at Gayot happily follow. Seems we just can’t get enough of this talent: he made our Rising Chefs lineup in 2004 before his cooking at Campton Place Restaurant helped land that San Francisco institution on our 2005 Top 40. Lucky New Yorkers can now enjoy his Contemporary cuisine while gazing upon Madison Square Park.
