Chef Mario Cassineri of Bice Ristorante is hosting interactive cooking classes for those interested in learning the secrets of making authentic Italian cuisine. During the two-part classes, culinary pupils first learn basic techniques like pasta prep and sauce-making, before mastering Bice’s specialty dishes like eggplant parmigiana, squid-ink potato gnocchi with wild salmon, pan-seared sea scallops, and classic tiramisu. The two-day series is priced at $275 per person for August 13 and 15, August 17 and 18, and August 24 and 25. (Single classes are available for $150 per person.)
