Chef ShackIn Minneapolis, the Chef Shack is a partnership between Lisa Carlson (Spoonriver) and pastry chef Carrie Summer (formerly of Wayzata Eatery & Wine Bar), who churn out upscale, organic street food like tongue tacos made from grass-fed beef, bison burgers and Indian-spiced mini donuts. The ingredients are from family farms and Midwestern co-ops whenever possible. Waiting diners are occasionally entertained by a deejay and a dancer on the truck's roof. Intro | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5
