Top 10 Summer Wines 2010

Liberty School 2007 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, one of our Top 10 Summer Wines

Liberty School 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Paso Robles, California

Liberty School's Cabernet Sauvignon comes primarily from the east side of Paso Robles, with the added complexity of a few west side sources. The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon offers up-front aromas of ripe red fruit, followed by similar vibrant and rich berry flavors. Silky but firm tannins provide excellent structure while maintaining a soft approachability. The wine exhibits a ripe finish with good length, and its fruit-driven style makes it a versatile pairing for food.
