Big News from The Rib Room!
Chef Anthony Spizale of The Rib Room has invigorated his popular traditional menu to offer some new creations along with a new twist on his signature dishes. New items include “Small Bites” such as P&J Oyster and Jalapeno Cornbread Waffle with Abita Beer syrup and a Crab Cake Short Stack drizzled with lemon garlic butter and Creole tomato marmalade. A Royal Soup of the Day is ever-changing available daily with his Creole Seafood Gumbo, and Turtle Soup. The Rotisserie and Prime Rib of Beef still take center stage, but two sizes are offered in the “Adam” and “Eve” cuts, sizzled at the table. Or diners can choose from fresh seafood favorites and a new beef addition “Quintessential Steak for Two” featuring tenderloin and sirloin served family style. Old favorites like Moss Salad and Veal Tanet are served with a new twist on the lunch menu to satisfy the long-time patrons who make a visit to the Rib Room a weekly and even daily event.
