In the culinary world, the name Jean-Georges says it all; no need to affix his last, Vongerichten, but simply remove the hyphen. With various restaurant concepts all over the globe and partnerships with boutique brands like the W Hotel, he's becoming increasingly known outside of New York. But when he's in town, he can still sometimes be found behind the stoves of his flagship Central Park-adjacent restaurant. The menu continues to evolve and flourish while maintaining its signature heavily Asian-influenced French fusion food.
