Hôtel de Crillon chef Christopher Hache has conceived a number of different menus for end-of-the-year celebrations. On the evening of December 24, the gastronomic restaurant Les Ambassadeurs will offer a special menu priced at €380, without drinks. Also in Les Ambassadeurs and accompanied by the sound of a harp, an eight-course dinner for €600 will be available on December 31, followed by a jazzy show at 11 p.m. In the brasserie L'Obé on December 24, a menu at €95 will be served at noon and in the evening; a dinner on December 31 will include Champagne Laurent Perrier 2002 and vocalists for €450. Also on December 31, in the historic lounges of the hotel, a queen Marie-Antoinette-themed dinner (€800) will be accompanied by the sound of a harp and a harpsichord and followed by the recital of an opera singer; Champagne Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle will be part of the dinner. Lastly, on December 24-25 and on January 1-2, a brunch at €130, with a glass of Champagne, sweets, salmon, scallops, guinea fowl and glazed chestnuts, will be offered. In addition, from December 12 onward, you can treat yourself with a new dish from pastry chef Jérôme Chaucesse, the Impératrice yule log (€75, serves six).
