Chef/restaurateur Barbara Lynch is no stranger to accolades, and her restaurant No. 9 Park was on our Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S. in 2010. In 2011, Menton leaped into our Top 10 New Restaurants in the U.S., and has subsequently reigned in the Top 40 now for two years in a row. The self-taught chef is also a sophisticated artisan cocktail aficionado, and her bar Drink is dedicated to the craft of the elevated tipple.
