One of New York City's most revered chefs, Daniel Boulud is at the top of his game when it comes to contemporary French cuisine. He's also becoming a household name the world over, as he's branched out with restaurants in far-flung locales, from Beijing to Vancouver. He has plans to expand the Bar Boulud brand in London, where he'll open an outpost at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. His namesake Upper East Side eatery remains one of the most transfixing, yet intimate, experiential restaurants in the city.
