Spago helped put Los Angeles on the dining map. Open since 1982 (though the original, much smaller West Hollywood location has since closed), Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant, Spago Beverly Hills, succeeds to this day as a fine-dining institution, a celebrity playground and a mecca for destination diners looking for a hearty mix of the two. When he’s in town, "Wolf" can be found making the rounds through the warm interior and out on the gorgeous patio, mixing and mingling with industry power players and in-awe fans alike.
