Chef Kent Rathbun and Central Market have teamed up to create the North Texas Food Bank's 2011 Hunger & Thirst calendar. The calendar costs $19.95 and includes $24 worth of coupons to Central Market. All proceeds go to the NTFB, and the Rathbun recipes inside will give you plenty of culinary inspiration to redeem the coupons. For the cost of one calendar, the NTFB can provide about eighty meals, and as you enjoy the images and recipes, you'll also know that you have helped many needy North Texas families.
