New seasonal menu items include Dungeness crab gratin (crab with potatoes, sunchokes and Meyer lemon); salmon with brussel sprouts, cauliflower, potato hash and brown butter hollandaise; and a tantalizing dessert --- the nutty pear --- hazelnut butter cake, vanilla poached pears and vanilla ice cream.
