The Maharaja has opened in the former Bombay Club space in Harvard Square. The menu of Indian cuisine includes dishes like chicken stuffed with paneer and nuts; scallops with cumin seeds and saffron sauce; and coconut mint chutney tilapia steamed in a banana leaf. Jerry Remy's Seaport has opened at Liberty Wharf. The second location by the former Red Sox player and current sportscaster offers a casual fare menu that includes his famous Rem Dawgs with an upscale twist (think bacon-wrapped jalapeno cheddar hot dogs) as well as an outdoor patio for al fresco dining in the warmer months. Top of the Hub Introduces Sunday Brunch Menu
Top of the Hub has introduced a Sunday brunch menu designed by executive chef Mark Porcaro. From 11 a.m.-2 p.m., the menu showcases unique offerings such as Sicilian iris donuts, gingerbread pancakes, smoked salmon Benedict, duck confit hash and pink grapefruit brûlée. The brunch is accompanied each week by live jazz in the lounge. The view from atop the Prudential Building is just an added bonus. Adults are $39 and children under 12 are $24. The interior of L L'Espalier Offers Daytime Dining Options
L'Espalier has introduced several daytime dining options, including an a la carte menu comprised of items such as Hudson Valley foie gras, lobster BLT and preserved lemon risotto, and a degustation menu, pairing dishes with international and domestic wines. Cocktail Pairing Evenings at Morton's The Steakhouse
Instead of a traditional wine or beer pairing, Morton's The Steakhouse at the Seaport location, is introducing its own unique take on the culinary event with a sampling of potent potables paired up with the steakhouse's signature hors d'ouevres. On the first Thursday of each month from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m., indulge in specialty beverages beyond the vine, including margaritas, mojitos and all things bubbly for $35 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
