Hong Kong eatery Tim Ho Wan has opened at Palms Casino Resort, with this debut bringing the international dim sum specialist brand’s worldwide presence to nearly 50 locations. Décor elements include accent tones of jade and gold, and tall windows framed with sculptural stone; there is an exhibition kitchen, too. The menu features Tim Ho Wan specialties such as baked BBQ pork buns, sticky rice in lotus leaf and pan-fried turnip cake; and dishes unique to this outpost like a Wagyu bundle with apple and mushroom, shrimp toast with truffle and foie gras, and a lobster and black bean rice roll.
