The case alleged that he hid more than $10 million in cash receipts at nine of his restaurants to skirt paying $1.1 million in Illinois sales taxes. The restaurant had been open since September 2014 and served a vast menu with more than 110 dishes. The restaurant has been replaced with China House, with the same opening hours, a smaller menu, and a new all-you-can-eat hot pot special for $29.95. Lao Sze Chuan, Palms Casino Resort, 4321 W.
