Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill at Palace Station is offering several food and drink deals during college and professional football games throughout the season. During Saturday games $0.75 chicken wings are available and during Monday and Thursday games $5 domestic pitchers, $7 import pitchers and $7 Casamigos Reposado shots are offered. There are also rotating specials each week, such as bacon-wrapped hot dog with fries for $9 and cheesy Buffalo chicken dip with tortilla chips for $9. Al Solito Posto at Tivoli Village has added several updates to its weekend brunch, served 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Virgil’s Real Barbecue at the LINQ Promenade is offering food and beverage specials available exclusively during Las Vegas Raiders games. Food specials include Memphis-style pork spareribs, sliced Texas beef brisket, Carolina pulled pork and barbecued chicken to feed eight people for $120; trainwreck fries, hush puppies, four chicken fingers and fried pickles for $35; choice of six wings for $10 or 12 wings for $20 tossed in the choice of up to two sauces; two double cheeseburgers with certified angus beef patties seasoned with Virgil’s house dry rub, special sauce, grilled onions and American cheese on a sesame bun for $17; and dirty fries with special sauce, Texas chili, shredded cheddar and jalapeños for $15. Peyote at the Fergusons Downtown in East Fremont, has introduced several new menu selections by executive chefs Daniel Arias and Isidro Marquez-Castillo, in addition to seasonal cocktails. Reflecting the restaurant’s from-scratch cuisine with Latin influences, new selections include agua suave fish ceviche made with the chef’s choice of fish for the day, epazote lime dressing, onions, tomato, avocado, cucumber and salsa bendita; seven-ounce prime flat iron steak with cheese-stuffed Anaheim chile and grilled green onions; and roasted cauliflower steak coasted in a citrus herb marinade and Mexican romesco sauce, topped with pickled onions and dried cherries. New cocktails include the Guavacito with rum, Cocchi Americano, guava, hibiscus, lavender and lime; and Yellow Polka Dot Bikini with gin, mahina coconut, jackfruit, hoja santa, pink peppercorn and tonic. Eight restaurants in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace are participating in Dine with a Purpose, a promotion in support of Three Square food bank. Throughout the month of September, a portion of proceeds from each restaurant’s featured dish will be donated to Three Square. Participating restaurants and the featured dishes include Water Grill: signature east and west coast fresh oysters served with fresh shaved horseradish, mignonette, cocktail sauce and habanero-lime relish; RPM Italian: chicken parmesan with aged parmigiano reggiano and fontina; Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab: cherries jubilee pie; Sushi Roku: Izakaya feast for two and Three Square blossom cocktail; Carmine’s Italian Restaurant: Carmine’s salad and frozen big berry cosmo cocktail; TREVI: lasagna with thin pasta sheets layered with homemade meat sauce, fresh marinara, ricotta and mozzarella; The Palm: key lime pie; and True Food Kitchen: Thai basil martini and Korean steak entrée.
