Established since 1903 in Paris, Angelina has just launched a tea house in the palace of Versailles. There, you can relish cakes, Viennese pastries, macaroons or the famous hot chocolate as well as a quick bite with foie gras, Caesar salad or club sandwich. Lunch & Snacks Tues.-Sun. Chef Kei Kobayashi has opened Restaurant KEI in the former space of Gérard Besson's eponymous restaurant. The menu features dishes such as foie gras with apple jelly, Parmesan and truffles and sautéed sea bass served with beetroot dices, chorizo emulsion, fresh fava beans and asparagus slivers. The chocolate Poule au Pot available at Le Dali in Paris "Poule au Pot" Chocolate Confection Debuts at Le Dali
Le Meurice is celebrating Easter with a special confection designed by pastry chef Camille Lesecq. The "Poule au Pot" is composed of a white chocolate chicken and vegetables made from almond paste. It was inspired by the traditional "chicken in a pot" dinner, which was named the national dish of France by French King Henry IV.
