Openings

Alain Dutournier, the well-known chef of Carré des Feuillants, has launched a new restaurant, Pinxo Saint-Germain. There you'll find the concept of the pinxo on the Right Bank: products from the Southwest of France, such as foie gras, prunes from Agen, beef from Chalosse and suckling pig from the Pyrénées, that are served as tapas. Occupying two stories and with an uncluttered décor in black and grey tones, it caters to foodies seven days a week. Lunch & Dinner daily. The Beef Club, a steakhouse with a British bent, has opened in a former butcher shop near Les Halles. Starters include Scotch eggs and Caesar salad, while steaks are sourced from Tim Wilson's farm in Yorkshire. For dessert you may find chocolate mousse and cheesecake. Summer Terrace Dining at Restaurant le W
During summer, you can dine on the temporary terrace located on the 8th floor of the Hotel Warwick Champs-Elysées, which looks out onto Paris' rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. Vegetable Menu at Le Celadon
Until July, a vegetable menu is being offered at Le Celadon in the Hôtel Westminster for €62. Cooked by Christophe Moisand, it features such items as a fruit soup perfumed with savory and tofu, aubergine dressed like caviar, an assortment of raw and cooked vegetables enhanced with olive oil, a mojito jelly and a red berries minestrone. Mini Palais Ice Cream Bar
On warm days, foodies can enjoy an ice cream bar located on the terrace of Mini Palais. Along with classical flavors such as black chocolate or bourbon vanilla, some surprising tastes are also available, such as basil and lemon, rosemary and honey, yuzu or matcha green tea. Lunch on the Patio at Les Ambassadeurs
Les Ambassadeurs, the famous restaurant of the Hôtel de Crillon, has relocated its lunch service to the patio. There you can taste a special menu at €68 featuring the creative dishes of talented chef Christopher Hache and such ingredients as asparagus, blue lobster, Kobe beef and poultry, as well as a strawberry and lemon tart. L'Angle du Faubourg has closed its doors and has been replaced by a sleek brasserie, Les 110 de Taillevent. Emile Cotte, a disciple of Alain Solivérès, the chef of Taillevent, is in charge of the cuisine. Thirty dishes compose the menu and there are 110 wines available by the glass.
