Ping Pong Dim Sum's Cocktail Flights & Sunday Brunch
Following in the tradition of serving small dishes with unique flavors, Ping Pong Dim Sum will now be offering a flight of cocktails to provide guests with a rotating selection of shooters. Available Monday through Wednesday for $12, the flight will feature a trio of freshly made mini cocktails, including exotic flavor combinations such as coconut lychee lime, tart tequila and o.j., and fragrant gin lemon rose. For brunch fans, Ping Pong has also announced Sunday Party Brunch service when diners can explore the dim sum tradition with unlimited dim sum from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. All menu items are available as part of Sunday Party Brunch, accompanied by bottomless lychee mimosas. Fancy Take-Out, Central Style
Central Michel Richard is now offering some comfort food take-out items that are faves on the restaurant's regular menu, including a fried chicken dinner that comes in a bucket, at $29.95; the famous lobster burger; a side of mac ‘n' cheese; a bowl of soup; and assorted seafood entrées or salads. Chef Shuffle
Thomas Hall will serve as executive chef at 901 Restaurant & Bar, slated to open in DC's Penn Quarter in mid-April at 901 Ninth St. NW.
