Chef Michel Richard Opening a Version of Central in Las VegasChef Michel Richard will open a version of Central Michel Richard in late summer of 2011 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Located adjacent to the hotel lobby, the aptly named Central 24/7 will offer 24-hour dining, seating for approximately 300 guests, an outdoor patio terrace and a large lounge with full bar, several beers on tap and specialty cocktails. The food menu will feature many Central signature items such as Richard’s popular burger, 72-hour short ribs, fried chicken, razor clam chowder and fresh oysters.
