For $9,999, "students" get a one-hour demonstration by Jean-Georges himself (at his namesake restaurant) and a one-hour lesson with executive pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini. Eleven Madison Park SaleDanny Meyer has confirmed that he intends to sell Eleven Madison Park, one of the jewels in his restaurant empire crown. But it's not going far: chef Daniel Humm and manager Will Guidara are expected to buy the place. The deal should be completed by the end of the year.
