Fatty 'Cue, located on Carmine Street in the West Village and also in Williamsburg, is now serving brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy biscuit hash, ricotta flapjacks, Malaysian tripe, and the Gouda-topped Smoky Johnson Burger. Wash it all down with one of several cocktails, or get the tableside-prepared Bloody Mary. San Francisco restaurant Mission Chinese Food is coming to New York --- the Lower East Side, in fact. In a few months, an outpost will open in the former home of Bia Garden and Rhong Tiam. Le Cirque and Holland America have teamed up to create "An Evening at Le Cirque" in the Pinnacle Grill aboard 15 of the cruise line's ships. New Winter Cocktails at Michael'sMichael's, the California cuisine spot in Midtown, has a new set of cocktails to get you through winter: "Winter Rendezvous" boasts Cognac, vermouth and Maraschino cherries, among other elements; "Cupid's Arrow," certain to make you fall in love, has Santa Teresa 1796 rum, lime juice and simple syrup; and "Red Hot Ruby" is filled with rum, Campari and mulled wine.
