Print, the restaurant inside Kimpton's Ink48 Hotel is now open. The menu is a mishmash of Italian, French, and American foods; a rooftop bar is set to follow later this spring. Print, Ink48, 653 11th Ave., New York, NY 10036, 212-757-2224.

Scott Conant's new restaurant, Faustina, in The Cooper Square Hotel replaces Table 8. The concept: masculine food in ladylike portions.
